Building Work

Located in Castril and Galera respectively, we cover the Altiplano of Granada Province and are a registered to carry out building work and household maintenance. We guarantee professional quality work and offer a relaible service to all our clients. Among the services which we can offer are the following:

• Major renovation works from a basic uninhabitable dwelling to a fully modrenised and habitable home
• fitting new kitchens to your style or building a traditional Andalucian style kitchen
• installing bathroom suites both modern and traditional
• outside terraces / stonework
• smaller plumbing and electrical jobs such as putting up new light fittings, modernising plug sockets and switches
• for major electrical works such as rewiring- we will liaise with our local Spanish colleagues for quotations as sign off is necessary in the local town hall
• for major plumbing jobs - we will liaise with our local Spanish colleagues for quotations as sign off is necessary in the local town hall
• putting up "yeso" shelves / making more storage in cavehomes
• tiling
• roofing / re-roofing
• septic tanks
• creating extensions and putting up new walls
• windows and doors - we will liaise with local carpenters for quotations - they normally supply and fit

Need a "handyman" or "odd-jobs man" - we are also available to undertake smaller jobs such as:-

• Hanging curtain rails
• Mending / changing locks and bolts
• Painting / varnishing doors / windows
• Fixing toilet seats / mending seals on dripping taps
• Resealing and grouting of bathroom baths, toilets, showers etc. and kitchen tiles
